      Shipping PolicyMilonga will covershipping costs ( freight and insurance) on orders over 110 USD. On orders under110 USD, the customer must pay the shipping costs, these change according tothe products ordered and the shipping location, they will be expressed in theorder summary.

      Milongawill deliver your order to the exact address provided by you for such purpose,within the territory of the United States and Mexico. No shipments will be sentto PO BOX or virtual PO Boxes, APO / FPO (please make sure that your shippingaddress does not correspond to any of these exceptions). Deliveries are made onbusiness days, except holidays. All deliveries will be accompanied by anacknowledgement of receipt that will be included in the invoice that will begiven to the User at the time or upon receipt of the order. All orderswill be shipped through some of the best rated carriers in the market.

      Deliveries will takebetween 5 and 10 working days. This will be counted from the day after thepayment is confirmed by PayPal. Delivery dates may vary if goods are held bylocal authorities or customs. These delivery dates do not apply to specialevents or discounted purchases. Milonga is not directly responsible forshipping and/or other delays that are beyond its control, such as bad weatherconditions, natural disasters or customs delays in the receiving country.

      ORDER APPROVAL: Afterreceiving the order and payment confirmation, Milonga will send the User an emailconfirming the details and information of the purchase and an additional emailconfirming the status of the order and tracking number of the carrier.

      On this website youwill see details of your previous orders, current orders and orders that are stillin the process of being shipped.

      Duties and taxesrequired by each country will vary from place to place. We recommend checkingwith your local customs office for further import information and details. Allcustomers are responsible for paying import duties and taxes.

      Milonga has no controlover the duties, customs and taxes charged by the country, these charges mayvary from country to country. Milonga is legally required to declare the totalvalue paid for all international shipments.

      Remember to check withyour country's customs for any extra charges you may incur, taxes, duties,tariffs and other charges set by your government. Milongawill not assume any of these extra charges.
